High Technology is a gateway organization for the provision of State funding utilizing various New York State industrial assistance programs. Operational Innovations, Inc. is an independent engineering firm located in Rochester, New York. Funding ranging from $10,000 to over $250,000 is available for applicable projects in waste reduction, energy reduction, productivity improvement and training. Funding depends on the size of the company (no. of employees, sales, etc.) and typically requires some matching funds (25-50%) from the recipient organization. The majority of the funding is to be used for 'soft' costs (engineering, technical assistance, project management, training, etc.), but in some instances, can be used for capital improvements.
